These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our local delivery services within Athens, Georgia. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aurora Granola LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Use of the Website & Orders

  • Eligibility: There is no age restriction to browse this website or purchase our products.

  • Pricing and Typographical Errors: We strive to provide accurate pricing information. However, typographical or system errors may occur (such as a product accidentally listed at $0.01). In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Aurora Granola LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product and issue a full refund, rather than being obligated to fulfill the order.

2. Local Deliveries (Athens, GA & UGA Campus)

  • Coordination and Waiting Policy: For local drop-offs around downtown Athens and the UGA campus, delivery locations and times must be coordinated in advance. Our delivery person will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the designated meeting spot.

  • No-Show Policy & Deposits: We reserve the right to request a 50% deposit of the total order value prior to delivery. If a customer fails to show up or respond within the 15-minute window, the deposit will be retained to cover preparation and travel costs.

  • Rescheduling Fee: If a delivery needs to be rescheduled due to a customer no-show or late cancellation, a $5.00 rescheduling fee will be applied to the order.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Risk of Loss: While Aurora Granola LLC currently focuses on local deliveries, any future orders shipped via third-party carriers (such as USPS or UPS) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refusals, and Refunds (Refund Policy)

  • Subjective Satisfaction: Because taste preferences are highly subjective, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges based on personal flavor preferences (e.g., if a customer dislikes a specific flavor blend). All sales are final.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives physically damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify us within two (2) calendar days of receipt. To qualify for a refund or a replacement shipment, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect via our official email or WhatsApp channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia, Aurora Granola LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption or handling of our handcrafted products or the use of this website.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Aurora Granola LLC shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
