Thank you for supporting Aurora Granola LLC. Because our products are handcrafted, perishable food items, we enforce a strict refund and return policy to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards within our Athens, Georgia community.
1. All Food Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of artisanal granola, we cannot accept physical returns of food products, whether the packaging has been opened or remains sealed. Furthermore, because taste preferences are highly subjective, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because a customer dislikes a specific flavor blend (e.g., our coffee-flavored granola blends).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders
We take great pride in baking and packing every fresh batch with love. However, if your order arrives physically damaged, defective, or is missing items, we will gladly issue a replacement or a partial refund.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must comply with the following protocol:
Timeframe: You must notify us within two (2) calendar days of receiving your delivery.
Evidence: You must provide clear photographic proof of the damaged or defective product.
Submission: Please send the photos and your order details directly to our official email at hola@auroragranola.com or via our WhatsApp channel.
3. Local Delivery No-Show Fee
For local deliveries around downtown Athens and the UGA campus, our delivery team will wait at the coordinated meeting spot for a maximum of 15 minutes. If a customer fails to show up or respond within this window, any required deposit (up to 50% of the order value) will be retained to cover preparation and travel costs, and a $5.00 rescheduling fee will apply to arrange a new delivery time.
